Whilst Vinyasa Yoga boosted Lisa into the teaching field back in 2009 after a glorious teacher-training course in Ibiza. She has since also qualified as a Pre and Post-Natal yoga teacher, and is currently working towards adding Yin Yoga to her list. So Mamas...you are in exceptionally safe, knowledgable hands!
